My name is Sharon Eddy, and I founded ITMates and More with one simple belief:

My journey began in the Blue Ridge Mountains of southwest Virginia, where I learned the value of integrity, hard work, and treating people with respect. Those principles have guided me throughout my life and continue to shape every decision I make.
After making Alaska my home in 1997, I built a career that taught me the importance of responsibility, commitment, and earning trust one day at a time. Those experiences reinforced a lesson I have never forgotten:
Trust isn’t given—it is earned through honesty, consistency, and keeping your word.
Those values became the foundation of ITMates and More.
